The turbinates are usually the part of the nose that block the nose and cause congestion. They are always on the right side above or behind my eye.
I have found out over the years that i am allergic to many things such as dairy protien and wheat/gluten etc. I have been suffering with headaches/migraines for the past year. This turbinates swelling causes the facial pressure and headache. I have the left turbinate swelling as well.
